The Proud owners of a new property called 'Grosvenor Apartments'
- A set of two well designed, tastefully furnished and fully air
conditioned ground floor beach apartments with an international
ambience.
Ground floor location allows easy access to the apartments, particularly
for our elderly customers. Aesthetically designed, tastefully furnished
and fully air conditioned, the apartments offer 5 Star quality accommodation
and service at highly affordable prices - in short.
Each apartment has a bedroom with attached bath, a living cum dining
room (with a kitchenette area) and two balconies. The Two apartments
can also be used together as one set (inter-linking doors open),
which is ideally suited for a couple with one child.
Each apartment offers the following :
- Accommodation for 4 persons ( 2 adults, 2 children ) on the
double bed, and two on the roll-over single floor mattresses in
the living cum dining room.
- An international ambience.
- Total space fully air conditioned.
- Can be used together with the other apartment as one set.
- 'Ready to use' kitchenette (hot and cold running water) with
a refrigerator.
- Located on the ground floor; superb location.
